Hi there! I am Kristina Mitchell,
I am an on location natural light photographer servicing the central Louisiana area. I am originally from San Antonio TX, though we moved around a lot when I was growing up, and ultimately settled in Pineville LA when I was about 11 years old. I am married to an amazing man and together we have four fun loving boys who are quickly growing into young men and two fur babies.
I've been snapping pictures for as long as I can remember, but I really didn't start to hone in on my skills or work hard on learning techniques until I was in my 20s. Now I cannot imagine a day without my camera in my hand. I started this little photography business in August of 2018, turning a passion and a dream into a reality. Then in July of 2019, God began to press on my heart to do something more for Him with this gift, Romans 12:6, and in January of 2020 we changed how the company works.
All the funds we collect now go to one of five different charities. Each month we sponsor one of the five, but every client has the opportunity to select which they would like their session fee to be contributed to. I can honestly say that I have seen God do great things with this little business of ours and I cannot wait to see what else He has in store for us!

Any time you book a session with us, one of the charities we are passionate about will get a donation. You pick which group your money goes to, or if you can't decide, each month we will also be "sponsoring" one from this list. When your donation has been made, you will be emailed a receipt and a thank you from us!
The charities we support
We spent a lot of time praying and determining which charities we would devote the money we make to. After much deliberation we finally settled on Pre-Born, Living Waters, Bible League, Eight Days of Hope, and local churches. Below is a short detail about each charity to help you in deciding which charity you want your money to go to. If you select local churches, there are two that are very near and dear to our hearts, the money would go to them for anything from sending youth to church camp, to shipping OCC boxes, to building parking lots.
Preborn
"Saving babies and souls." Giving free ultrasounds and sharing the gospel with abortion minded moms. Studies show that 80% of women choose life for their baby after hearing their heartbeat and viewing their baby for the first time. Thirty dollars saves one baby's life. Living Waters
"Training the members of Christ's Body in the principles of biblical evangelism and providing them with the tools to proclaim the gospel." Beyond that, the founder of this group, Ray Comfort, goes all over the US sharing the gospel with any one he meets. You can find videos of how he shares the gospel on his YouTube channel. He has a unique and simple way of spreading God's word that is powerful and effective. www.livingwaters.com
Bible League
"Equipping the under resourced church worldwide." Going outside the walls of the church to share the gospel with people who may not otherwise hear it, and teaching the local churches of the area how to share and teach the parishioners of their community. Five dollars buys one ESV Bible to be given free to people in oppressed communities where the Bible is not easy to reach. www.bibleleague.org
Eight Days of Hope
"Demonstrating the love and hope of Jesus Christ to those in need". This group provides rapid response to disasters, helping not only to get the homes repaired and rebuilt after disaster strikes, but also sharing the love of God in these critical times. www.eightdaysofhope.com
